Hi everyone, I noticed some of my players are not performing to the best of their abilities and was wondering how to max out their performance. Specifically, I am wondering how to improve their MENTAL statistic. All my 50+ players have really high MENTAL stats, but most other players are doing really bad in that respect. Of course, suggestions on how to improve other stats are welcome. Thanks ! |

Don't worry about physical, mental... and that kind of statistics and look the average, that's the most important at all. As your players train properly, they will improve their average, and also their stats. Greetings. |

Hi Shengli, why some players decrease in their average.. I do understand that it's common that older players, can decrease in their average... but in my team even players with an age of 21/23 can decrease in their average points... Is that normal? Thank you! |

Thank you! Hi Jiimi. Yes, some rare players may decrease their average at that ages. It may also occur in real football, but it's not very common, like here. Those players have reached their top average, it's simply that. Greetings. |

Hi Shengli, Thank you for your answer.. But then I have a real problem.. i have several players with a young age (under 25) who is decreasing in their average.. OMG!!!  |

I've been checking up on my squad, and most of them keep decreasing in average. I feel like i am putting up the right training, but there have been no improvements. It's either they don't improve at all or they are decreasing. Is there a way to check what each player needs or something? A useful option to spend your golden balls is using them to check the forecast of a player. In a player's window, if you click on "player " - "training" and then "forecast" you'll see a graphic with the player's life (a line will show its top average, when will reach it...). The cost of the forecast of a player is 10 golden balls and you can see it for several days. That's a good way to see if your players have reached your top, or if they are declining and it's better to sell them. One tip I can give you is to focus your training in your youngest players who train better (for example hairyharryli, I see you have a young couple of midfielders in senior team, I would sell your IM 45/32 cause he will decrease so much with middle training, and try to train organize midfielders, which is the best training for them, as green bars tell the improvement). That's a good way to train until all your players are young (selling - buying is the best way to make money and make younger your team) Nevertheless, remember that in case of doubt you can ask us (the @) any question you have, opening a chat window or using the forum. |

In that case, I would try not to train these players in order to keep their average as much as I could, maybe would also be better to sell them and get new and younger ones. You'll make money if you're good at auctioning, just move into the market to make money. |
