 When you save your Line-up the game takes you to the Tactics page where you set Captain, Free Kick taker, etc... At the top of that page is where you set substitutes. The little arrows are drop down boxes where you select who you want to come off, who you want to come on, and how many minutes the sub will play, 15, 30 or 45. Remember to save it before you leave the page. Hope that helps.
