4.- He'll get an extra motivation of 150% if he's on the senior lineup Does this mean that the youth gets 150% no matter where they are on the senior lineup (they can be a reserve or substitute), or do they need to be a starter? |

I'm wondering myself how it works. So I just promoted an insignificant youth player as a guinea pig to find out how it works. So far I noticed that his motivation instantly went up from 50% to 75%. Now let's wait and see what happens when I put him to play in one of this weekends private league games. I think experimenting yourself probably works better than asking the team. |

I promoted a pair of starter juniors, and they're Reserves, not Starters or Subs. Their Motivation is still 103%. Your numbers equal out to 150% (.50 x 1.50 = .75), but mine dont. | 15/04/2011 08:39 |

Still no temporary promotion on mobile sorry. For the motivation, the player gets an extra 50% if he plays the game. |
