Hi, Suppose i have 25 youth players with me and a player is supposed to arrive in my school today, so now when i go to collect him will he be joining my youth team since i already have 25 players there? |

No, you cant promote him if you already have 25 players. If you choose you can either Fire, Sell or Promote a player to make room (although promoting a player may ruin him). The player can stay in the School until you have room, although he will not progress while in there. | 16/04/2011 22:26 |

suppose i have Re-signed all my 25 players then i cant even fire them, right ?? in that case i could promote the weaker ones and fire them, right?? that makes sense, right?? | 16/04/2011 22:31 |

Yeah, that would work. But I would just check their progression first using the spreadsheets in the 'FAQ and Tutorials' section. You wouldn't want to fire a potentially great player. | 16/04/2011 22:36 |

i don't know what progression means, although the word is clear to me that means growth, but in the game how much part it plays and how do i get to know about the progress of the player since i don't have any golden balls and any kinds of packs activated. | 16/04/2011 22:39 |

The higher the progression % the better they will train. But it also depends on how good your coaches are, what the players Motivation is, and what type of Training they do. i will go through all that but before that i have another question, how the hell will i hire a 90% plus coach and other staff members?? whenever i fire them i get 4 new options then a chose another then i fire him again and the best i got is 78%. and trust me i spend over a million on this. Honestly, I don't know. I spent about 1 million doing the same. The best I had show up was 80% Coach and 81% Youth Coach. Stuck with that as I started to run out of money. | 16/04/2011 22:53 |

Save your money - staff are updated every few minutes, so if you can, just check staff again every 30 minutes or so and you'll find a better coach eventually. | 16/04/2011 23:11 |
