I want to sign a player from a team but its long the manager came online if i bid will i get the player.2.they ve not train for long if i sign him will he improve again motivation 20% other 99.0.0.thank  |

yes, he will recover his motivation if he plays matches in your team or if he is convocated. I'll tell you one thing.. when a player plays since the begining of a match his motivation is 100% when a player is convocated but does not play he has a 80% of motivation when a player is not convocated is 50% and whan a player plays in a possition that is not his, he has 20% so motivation doesn't depend of the training |
