Hi guys, can anyone explain the diff between putting your staff training through a degree (100 G balls) or spending big money on a course. Which is better for their rating? | 20/04/2011 17:41 |

Workshops to improve the quality of employees. Each course goes as 1 point. The courses are worth money in the game. Master house goes up as 2 points. Masters worth gold balls. Each employee can make a total of 5 improvements in training to choose between courses and masters. The first three can be done by choosing the method of payment (money ball game or gold), the latter two can be made only with gold balls. The cost of the masters is 100 gold balls. The cost of courses depends on the quality of the employee, and between 5M and 20M. The maximum an employee can reach is 99, so that if the initial mean 96 does not have to make the top 5 would be enough with 3 courses and 1 course and 1 master to reach their peak. Be careful and plan well, because if you have an employee such initial average 81 and 5 masters do, your butt will be in 91, then if you think better and one of 93 cards, the courses taken will be lost to the former employee and no avail. The salary of the employees affected by the improvements. |

Excellent reply, thank you Is there a way of telling exactly the current points a staff member has i.e Is it 93 or 96. I have a scout that is 4 1/2 soccer balls but I dont know if he is 90 points or 95 points Edited by GunnerNic 20-04-2011 18:24 |
