 Good day guyz,well,i dont think dis is d right place,but dere seems to be no forum where suggestion is allowed dats why i open d topic here.
Av got some suggestion to make which i believe when taken into consideration,we will enjoy dis site d more.
1).there should be chance in which a manager can demote a senior player to d junior squad.there are some players you dont want in d senior squad,yet u dont want to sell or lend dem out,dere should be provision where u can demote them.
2).there should be provision whereby u can praise or blame ur squad after a match.u know ur squad might win a match u xpect dem to lose,there should be a provision where u can praise dem personally.
3).there should be provision made whereby u can punish a player for a wrong been made by d player,for xample:ur player got a red which was due to his stupidity,instead of begging on his behalf{wit golden balls}u can punish dem.
4).there should be provision made where u can praise a player,u feel is doing xtraodinary well.
My fellow managers n staffs,dis is my suggestion which i believe will boost d interest of managers a bit when considered.Lets make it like we are playing real soccer n we will enjoy it most. 		21/04/2011 11:58

1 ) why would you not fire that player if you don't wanna use him
2 ) that's sound nice
3 ) Punish , but how , make him run 100 rounds around the field ???

 Well,sometimes,u might be angry wit a player,maybe instead of his average increasing its decreasing,not improving in training,u might not want to fire,sell or loan instead just send him to d junior squad,perhaps u will gain nothing firing a player.
Yes,its d same as d 2nd suggestion but what i meant by punishing is not paying his salary 4 dat week or something relating to dat 		21/04/2011 14:15

 I dont think the senior team can be demote into the junior team... because senior always be a senior (range age 20 and above) and some of the player in the senior team have better average than the junior... (can u imagine Ryan Giggs 38 years old play in the manchester united junior squad?) if u dont want that player just set him to auction and sell him.. thats make the game more easier..

The idea of praising and talk closely to the player is good but not punishing him... sometimes good player made a mistake on pitch and sometimes lower average player made a brilliant performance on pitch... we cant punish them... just talk and praise to the player is okay... and the morale of the player will be increasing because of that... if the player got decreasing of their average (example: from 50 > 40) , i think the better way to punish him is to decrease his salary... and made him more on bench....

Suggestion : i want to make a suggestion to the admin, which is about the transfer window... i actually saw that there are no period of transfer window.. and made busy traffic of this player transfer.... why dont the admin made some period of time for transfer window... 2 transfer window in 1 season... manager can bid at all the time.. After a succesful bid, player can come into the team only in transfer window time... Thanks... 		22/04/2011 11:52
