Hi guys,i just want to know how much u guys are spending in your weekly expenses i.e player salary and staff.i spend more than 1m weekly,pls s that not too dangerous for me or are u guy spending more or less than me. | 22/04/2011 17:32 |

I spend 1.5M to 2M, but I make 800k per game just from tickets, without sponsors and tv. You should also look at what the expenses are; staff, players salaries - which seems too high? Keeping costs at a minimum is good, but before cutting costs try to analyze if its worth it. |

i'm making aroun 1.1 mil from ticket... around 400k just from pro.... and my expences lands up around 1.5mil... including all the accesories maintainence |

It's quite simple. You get a higher average attendance through a few things: 1. Having a good squad and winning matches, which will raise the # of ppl in your fanbase 2. Build a larger stadium for people to fit in. Aside from this it would also be important to set the right ticket price. This is done most accurately with the optimize function, but otherwise I would say to aim for a price that will get about 65% of capacity full (ie, if you have 20.000 stand-up seats you will want to set a price that will get only 13.000 seats full at the game). This might not be right, but it is a theory of mine based on previous uses of the Optimize function, which tries to get you max revenue. |

As i can see, u have made the seatings very costly.... thats y u not gettin much revenue... also havin variety of seats increse the revenue coz diff ppl preffer diff type os seatings.. Like rich ppl will go for pro and vip and won't go for standing even if they r cheap... |
