The (R) next to the player ( Youth only ) contract tell you that you had re-sign with him and it will protect him from being stole by hostile clause , also the manager of the team cannot sell him or re-sign with him during the season. At the end of the season and during the 10 first days of the new season , we provide you Hostile clause protection , in this time you may re-sign with all the youth before the new season started to prevent someone buy his release clause |
