Is it possible that the progression of any player fall down or rise up ?? i mean i have seen some changes in some of the players, and cannot understand properly whats going on ..... earlier the growth of one of my player at 105% motivation was suppose +.500 and today when i calculated it became +.200 at same % of motivation and trained by the same coach. |
