So i promoted my 18yr old youth player to my first team.. he's an average 39 but when i promoted him to first team, his average dropped down to 19. This never happened before when i temporary promoted him. Can anybody tell me how to get him back to his best?? | 01/05/2011 14:04 |

Your you cannot promote this player because does not have the yellow P because the player has not reached the necessary average. | 02/05/2011 01:08 |

If the other posts didn't make it clear enough already, you promoted them instead of temporarily promoting them. They are forever a senior player now. Use your psych to get their average back up, but I believe the player's progression may be ruined. | 02/05/2011 04:10 |

His average dropped down mainly because of his morale dropped down, just use psycho as Boshek said, he'll be fine and back to normal average soon. His progression will be permanently reduced, from my own inspection just one case, about 16%. |
