 If the player got old, their progression will go down? If yes, what's the age? 25? or 22?

 Yes in real life its different, but hey, this is not real life, this is the best addictive Football manager game on the planet.

In SM, progression starts declining after he has reached his peak value (see "Forecast").
If he has been trained quickly as a youth player he can hit his peak at 19 or younger.

 Indeed, in real life, many players peak young and are usually unknown. Giggs, Lampard and others are more like exceptions. 11/05/2011 17:50
