I'm not sure but I think it's a bit early to know which is the best school. From what I understand Portugal and Uruguay are good starter schools. They are not too pricey to buy and maintain yet they often produce decent players. I think the better schools in Brazil and Germany are going to be more useful once teams start getting into the higher divisions (when managers can earn enough from their games/sponsors to pay the maintenance costs). At this stage you are better off getting a good scout and searching for youth players however from what i understand this won't always be the case. You've got a few choices. Get a school like China or the USA that produce players very often and hope that the sheer numbers will produce a good enough player every now and again. Get an average school like Portugal and Uruguay and get decent players more often than not and the odd good player. Get an excellent school and hope that the players are good enough to either use or sell so that you can pay the maintenance costs. The above is just from my experience though...not sure exactly how schools work and which is the best. |
