Got a little confused with these schools.. what do they actually do? Do they find young players for your team? Or can you just PUT young players in them so they grow quicker? I have seen on the chat room people selling young players to get back after a season (like a loan but not a loan haha) if you have lets say an American school can you only put American juniors in this school? Thanks and sorry for being a div. |

A school is basically like a mini-spawning pool of talent depending in the country you put it in. Where you set it up is an indication of how long it takes for a new player to be "found" by that school. What happens is when this player is found by the school after a predetermined time, you'll get a notification about the youth's stats, and an option to "promote" him onto your own youth team. |

Yes you can upgrade it anytime, but keep in mind that upgrading is actually more expensive that building it in that quality in the first place, so in the long run you are paying more for the same thing. But still having a low quality school is a better option than not having any school at all, or at least in my opinion it is  |
