Hey guys, I've been playing here since march now and love this game! although I seem to have done well so far with the senior squad I have now I am keen to develop it further... That said, I can't really afford to buy top class players on the market. So I arrive here to ask for some advice on how to bring your youth players into the game and develop them to a top class player. How do you all approach this? I am always on the look out for bargain youth players and have a school but I have all these youths screaming out for promotion and I don't know what to do with them without harming my senior campaign. for example i have a youth player who seems to play really well against the lesser teams of the senior league but his skill averages don't seem to be improving.. can anybody offer some advice..... |

choose the training wisely and focus on the position that you need in the senior team . If he's not improve that much it's because his progression is low | 21/05/2011 15:48 |
