he learns the full 43% (one on one is 43%)

Assuming values for coach, progression and motivation, training amount for the day:

0.43 (43% - one on one) x 0.8 (80% coach) x 0.66 (66% player progression) x 1.05 (105% motivation)

= 0.238

Change the equation around for progression, which is much more useful to know as this is hidden.

Hope that helps

but what if you have more then one player so say if you have 2 goalkeepers do they both get 45% or are they split the 45%

The trainings doesn't split, let's see if you get it this way, that training you did is 45%, so in order to for a player to actually train at 0.450 you would need a GK with 99% progression and a coach with 99% and 100% motivation, players have different progressions, the higher they are the more they will improve per training. 27/05/2011 20:50
