It is possible because it is a youth player who has been temporarily promoted into the seniors and so his motivation is one and a half times higher than normal. So for example if he played for the seniors his motivation would be 150% for a brief period. So if say the coach was working at over 90% and his progression was over 90% big gains are possible during a temporary promotion. | 27/05/2011 10:46 |
