Hey guys, I just tried to sign a player and now on my ACQUISITIONS screen under that players name, it saids 'Transfer agreement'... What does that mean and how long does it take? Thanks, Rico |

I take it this player was not on auction then. You are making a bid for someone elses player (not on auction meaning he would be unlikely to sell) so the "transfer agreement" is with that manager at the moment to accept or decline. 1. You will have to wait for an answer, if your offer is good enough you may get your man. 2. You may be waiting a long long time if the other manager is floating around with all the other ghost managers 3. You can always withdraw your offer (get your money freed up again) 4. You can make an offer equal to the players release clause and if that player is not protected he will be yours in 24hrs. There is nothing that manager can do - thats a hostile clause then. The other manager may be only too happy to get millions for a player thats not too crack hot (the flip side to hostile take-overs). Good luck Edited by GunnerNic 02-06-2011 22:41 |
