I'm becoming tired of this game.the most anoyed part is that rules change without notice and there is alot of breach of contract between we manager and admin coz at the start of the season,the contract is 1st to 3rd qualify and there is a chance for the best 4th also.but now everything as change.ADMIN WE NEED AN EXPLANATION FOR THIS before we manager go to the tribuna | 10/06/2011 04:42 |

An explanation would be good.... I'm speculating, but here's my guess. If they were to keep the promotions the way they were 3 automatic + 1 "playoff" tons of ghosted teams would be promoted. So, back to the numbers. (assuming 2 teams promoted) # teams in 4th division = 1280 # promotions automatic from 5th = 512 This leaves 768 open 4th division teams. So that gives admin some leeway. It looks like 8 teams from each 5th div group are being now being demoted. # teams demoted from 5th to 4th : 2048 of 5120 ok, so that leaves 2560 teams in 5th division, with 768 left to promote in order to fill the 4th division...pretty good odds. Now for the 6th to 5th move. # of holes in 5th division: 2048+1280 = 3328 teams. # of automatic promotions from 6th to 5th: 2048 # of ad hoc promotions = 680 Basically, the math as it is set up now, based on automatic promotions, does not work out....and that is a good thing. It is the first sign that something proactive is being done about competition and team dilution. Now would someone just sacrifice a bull and take an augur? OH!!! I beat a team called the bulls in a friendly today... Yes, Nigeria, it was meaningless. Some jabs can't be resisted. |

HOWEVER, just as a piece of advice: You've got a great start now in terms of PR relationship in the forums, but as we progress further, more actions by the management without letting the public know will cause unease and trouble. Sounds terrible as it seems like we're greedy to know everything, but that's how it works. It might've been okay to change some things here and there, but even small bits of updates of what you're doing, what you plan to do and what you might consider doing, are always beneficial as you not only keep the active users on their toes, but can receive instant feedback instead of backlash. Just a thought. |

@uruguay.solution is what we are interested in.in my league we have 4 active manager and i m in 3rd possitn after playing for about 4month so am not going to be promoted. The admin should know the active manager from inactive and even when inactive manager came 1st or 2nd,they should not be promoted bcoz of lack of manager.this is technology and i believe there is alot of is advancement. |

Last time i checked guyz wanted a league with active 20 managers,how will u fair in that if only four active managers fighting for two slots are getting tempers flairing...a taste of competition,u wanted it,the admins are giving you just that.
