Nobody's taken any of my players on hostile . . . and that makes me sad.

All kidding aside. I think it's a great feature. I just wish there was a way to reduce the hostile clause of an inactive manager's players. Seems to me that if a player was sitting on the bench and stagnating, in the real world (I know this isn't the real world, but it is meant to simulate it) the player would be looking for any way to get out of the contract.

Not really, I bought first place in my group. I took his leading scorer causing him to lose two games in a row before he bought him back (not sure why he didn't just go buy a better RF). And now he's overpaying for an average RF, I'm in first place, and I made a few million from it ... 15/06/2011 13:50

Thank you. Learned it from being a Blue Jays fan and watching Boston and NY employ the strategy. If you can't beat them, buy them!
