Looks like you have been playing games everyday for the past few weeks, so your players never get a chance to rest much. Solution is to stop playing so many friendlies and let your players rest, as that is the only way to increase Stamina. As for the Fitness its the same problem, you play a game so Fitness goes down, you put your Physio to work and it goes up a bit, you play again the next day it goes back down...and so on... Stamina can only reach 99 if Fitness is 99. |

Not sure that's correct, I've seen quite a few players with 0 fitness, but 99 stamina, simply because their user is awol, so they haven't played = 99 stamina, but 0 fitness after no training. |

Yeah you're right, my mistake. Stamina recovers at a faster rate if Fitness is high. |
