 After the last season ends, one of my youth player is disappear!

It is not sold on the market, it is not being bought by hostile clause. It is just disappear as if I never had him. Its ok with me if this is a 30 something AVG player, but this is 43 AVG player after I trained him last season (yes, I keep my player recorded in spreadsheets, so I know when its gone).

This is the player:
Martin Hunter
Position: RB
Age: 15 Years Last season (Now should be 16 Years old)
Average: 43

Admin, please help me return him to my team.
