 Hi all,

At the end of the season, after the players' ages increased and all, I promoted two 19 year olds to the Senior squad. Problem is, I didn't wait until they got their promotion badge (it's my first offseason, so didn't know that it was going to happen, but I read that all 19 year olds are promotable). I promoted a 17 year old last year, despite the warning that I could "ruin" him (or whatever it said). I learned that early promotion causes reduction in motivation (and thus average). Problem is, I didn't get the warning when I promoted my 19 year olds, but they had a huge reduction in ability.

While my 17 (now 18) year old is back to full skill and has advanced a bit, even, looking at the forecast for my two newly promoted 19 year olds, they're not going to increase at all from where they are.

So, my question . . . is the forecast tool accurate at all, or just a reflection of the current situation? I hope this makes sense. 		17/06/2011 22:40

 I don't think the forecast is right all the time, I think it base on the level of your coach and how the player develop in the near past as well, base on recently events. It just forecast. 19/06/2011 08:21
