I'm trying to purchase a player on my Shortlist. Their Hostile Clause is 4.8mil with tax. I set it up put years and a salary the player will accept. Then when I hit it it says that new managers have a 10 day period. So I look at the players owner. He has been playing since 2010 and same with the team.
