You have to hire one in staff, the % of the managers that are available to hire are random. You need to be lucky to find a +80% coach you just need to search. YOu can do that with any coach with any % but that tables are not reliable to calculate progression.Greetings | 20/06/2011 18:08 |

In the main menu click on signings then staff. There should appear ypu all of your staff search for coach and the put the mouse on the balls and there should apper you the % | 20/06/2011 18:16 |

As is repeat i dont recomend that tables. IF you want to know your players progression here is a page http://www.elinformatico.org/deportes/ Is not reliable too but is much simpler to use.
