Please I need information. I want 2 know how 2 get the best out of my school. for instance I see a player in my school with average of 20, when i promote him, his average increases to 35, which is very poor. So i want to know when its right to promote players from school. Should i wait till they seek promotion to get better output or average | 28/06/2011 15:29 |

from my experience, it makes no difference when you promote a player from school. but for me a 35 quality is decent since my average is around 38 for my junior team. I don't know of any ways to improve the progression besides investing in a higher quality school from say, brazil or germany... | 28/06/2011 17:00 |
