I get this message:

"You received an offer to take the place of team HZ 1987 in its division. Thet expect a prompt response."
My team is in Div. 6 / Gr. 340 and HZ 1987 is in Div. 5 / Gr. 25! What should i do?
Also i want to know if i accept this offer, will i have new players, new club.....or i will join the division with my club (name, kit, stadium) and all my players?
I think that i am good in my Div. 6 / Gr. 340 but i don't know if i will be average in Div. 5 / Gr. 25

What is your suggestion?

You'll still have your same team, money, stadium...I would turn it down... 25/06/2011 16:01

If we make cost/benefit analysis? How it will be?
Why you will turn it down?

I've received several offers to move up and declined them. I think it best to examine the other teams in Div 5 and see how yours compares. If comparable, why not accept? I believe the stadium revenue from ticket sales increases, which is good. However I've read and someone else should confirm, that stadium accessories are necessary. In addition, I believe most sponsors give bonuses for finishing in X high position, which may be more difficult to achieve. 25/06/2011 16:24

The GOOD part is that sponsors, TV-contracts, Billboards revenue and Home games income are higher.

The DOWNSIDE is that you will have to build your accessories (5 million to build them plus the 500K for weekly maintenance).
I wouldn't worry about the average because there are tons of abandoned teams and "system bots" (and the best teams have moved up to 4th Div).

Before making a decission... You should check whether you get to re-negotiate your TV-contract and sponsor. Otherwise I wouldn't even think about it (meaning I would turn down the offer)

Substitute
If you will be a average team in 5th, I would say: stay in 6th.

You will win more matches, gain more supporters, more victory-bonusses, etc.

Great advice! I didn't know the upkeep was so much for the accessories. Your help is very timely because I was about to accept the offer. This will give me time to build up my team squad and stadium and the schools. 30/06/2011 06:32
