Em... i have read pages 1 2 and 3 and i think its a disrespect from your part. Admins have to work very hard, they are working on this Striker uk, on spanish striker and on the basket game. And they are working on the new simulator too. They have no time for minor things. If you have any problem or doubt, ask in the forum, if no body answer you, tell me, or an @ manager (if you dont know, @ managers are normal managers who help for FREE) by private message. Is easy we wont bit you, i promise But please, dont say more stupid things. Thanks. Edited by Bisho 11-07-2011 16:35 |

Look, it's simple. There are code changes and changes in the batch jobs that get made. No one is told. People openly discuss major issues that impact this game, but no is told what is happening... or even acknowledges it may be an issue, so no one is listening. Emailing info@strikermanager gets no response...even from a paying customer... I know this first hand. There are some very knowledgeable people on here who offer good suggestions, but not so much as a nod, wink or otherwise after the first few days. There are also places where the code is bugged. No one in a position to do anything acknowledges it. This one, no matter how minor has a dozen strong players pointing at it, and has more views than any other thread in the forum. And this is the first time in 11 pages anyone has said: "Look, they're working on it". I hope you have direct knowledge of the situation, or have actually heard from someone that this is the case. But the simple fact is that there has been virtual dead silence outside of "We are proud to release star players xxxxxx" So, I would argue that the disrespect is to the paying customer by not even acknowledging the problem despite repeated pleas from multiple players. ****Rule #1***** in any business, monetized or not, is "Regardless of how much you spend to support it, your brand is still no better than how your customers experience it.", and right now there is an issue with that. No disrespect intended, but it is If you don't even acknowledge, look at, or deal with the customer in any way whatsoever, they are going to get louder and more obnoxious until they either give up and bad mouth the product OR something gets done. Currently, a lot of these people play, or have tried, multiple online managers, so the competition is out there. So a given an set amount of resources, a product manager has 2 choices speed development at the expense of communicating, or slow it a little bit and communicate frequently and often. So tell me, which would you rather see: 1) "The administration makes many changes but ignores us, we have no idea wtf is going on, we think there is a huge update coming. I just wish they would say anything" 2) "The game is good, but changes are slow. There is a major update coming we've been told, and they are great at communicating with us" Seems pretty simple to me. I appreciate the @ managers as much as anyone, but some of this stuff is a bit heavy handed. And say/punish/ban what you will, I have very strong legs to stand on. I'm on here every day answering noob questions, actually making striker manager readable, and giving this game some actual flavor, for free, also. I guarantee you that what I do has more of a customer experience impact than what Admin is doing. It is not stupid or disrespectful to say admin should pay attention the things that would improve this customer experience. Because they should. Period. Edited by rebsiot 11-07-2011 17:08 |

Rebsiot i want to give you a tip : Forget about admins. Their job is not to answer questions. They named experienced people to be @. So these people are working every day, we dont see this because is tax work (occult). Now i am on holidays and i am usually in the FORUM. I will help, and if i dont know something i will tell to an admin or an @. (Thing that you can do by private message) Edited by Bisho 11-07-2011 17:24 |

errata: suggestions - no one acknowledged any suggestions except for after the first few days the forum was created. As far as we know, no one gives a **** about them. rule #1 - the end should read: no disrespect intended, but this is a real problem. my basis for speaking bluntly : i say striker manager readable - it should say "make striker news readable". |

I have the same problem than Romasik, I contact an admin and told me that they don't know already the origin of the problem and how to repair it. If you'd have contacted an admin, he'd told you. |

I beg to differ @Dnsvnsk Posted by Romasik 12 hours ago: "Well, if I could just get a list of admins who do answer questions that would be great! I sent messages to two of them, one still didn't even read it, the other one read it and didn't do anything, I sent an email through "contact us" thing and got a confirmation that it was received... still nothing. Not even "Hey Rome, we are looking in to it, try this... and let us know if it works". At this point to me it's more about courtesy than fixing the issue. " |
