I promoted a really good junior too early once... I think it shaved 6-10 points off his forecast. I know it was enough for me to end up firing him.

He could have been a star... *sniff*

 Me too. I made the same mistake, but I wonder he is gaining the same ave. rating again.

He had an average 40 before promotion. After promotion his ave. decrease %50. Now, after lets say one week he is back

Most probabily he would be much much better if I was able to wait until the yellow promotion sign.

You can promote a player with 15 or 16 and wont happen anything bad. You can promote player when they have the yellow or red "P". In the FAQ is explained. And the dont lose av. the lose morale. Exactly 50-51 morale points. But then, his progression and forecast are worse.
