 A way to report cheating if you think the buyer/seller has cheated e.g.

If the value of the Transfer appears a lot lower than the players previous 'hostile clause' or market value.
If there are an excessive number of transfers between the same teams.

Both these possibly indicate that a user has more than one account and is using a farm team.

Although be sure before reporting anybody as a cheat. And you need to provide sufficient evidence.
