if you go to squad you find either a red or green arrow beside your players name... i know red is not good, but why do i have many of them? why are they decreasing? 05/07/2011 13:05

Age >26 is old Old players start getting worse around 25-29.
Age <23 is young They're all still improving.

Yep I am, he's at his peak, he's be getting worse in a couple of years. Central defenders stay better for longer because the game is less demanding physically, but experience is key. Wingers get old very quickly! 05/07/2011 14:36

Anyway, what I think doesn't matter, the game thinks that 26+ is getting old

Any players that have a red arrow for training gain will only get worse if their position is trained. You can either sell and replace them(probably the best option), or not train their position and their average will stay as it is(but other players of the same position who can still gain average will not gain either). 05/07/2011 19:57
