What is the difference between a yellow and a red P behind your youth player and does it affect some stats if you dont promote them? | 07/07/2011 13:01 |

Yellow means he is ready. Red means he is desperate, angry, impatient, wants to throttle you and soon he doesn't get promoted he'll sulk like a 6 year old girl. What you'll have in a month time a player with 0 motivation. And hates your guts. You'll end up firing him. |
