I am in Div 4 and keep receiving low offers for billboards. In fact half the amount what I have had when I was in Div 5. Considering I have better crowd and better seats shouldn't it be double the amount, NOT half the amount. | 09/07/2011 10:48 |

And the best price is the highest one offered for each billboard. You can wait for new ones to be offered if they seem low but I don't advise it as you will probably lose out in the long run. |
