Child's coach
I just don't understand this..
I'm a new manager with a pretty low average team and not much funds or a big stadium etc..
So how am I mean't to rest my key players to build up their stamina when I have important league games to win?!
I just don't have the players to cover all these positions I would get a hammering!
This doesn't replicate the real world at all. You don't see Lampard play a crucial league game then rest the next league game, players should be fit enough for a number of games in a row?
Any help on this?
Thanks

Golden Ball

Have you used your physiologist at all since the start of play?

It doesn't look like it, given you have odd numbers on everyone.

You have to use your physio daily, there's no excuse to be below 95 fitness on anyone.

If you have 99 fitness, your players will recover about 10 stamina a day this will allow a crappy old player like Lampard to ball in a league game, and then ball watch in the next league game...and then drain your coffers with his bloated paycheck.

Just rest your players on days with private league games and friendlies.

EDIT: Have you used your psychologist either? 49 morale just doesn't cut it.

I've got 15 players and am still winning. They key to success with a small squad is a good physio. 15/07/2011 09:13
