What is a good price to sell youth players? Most of them sell anywhere from $500k-1.5 mil on ~35 avg, but i wanna know what people mostly look for (obviously higher avg and lesser age) but what would be a good financial table to use to get the most for certain players?

Say...35/14 yr player=$-$ range?
35-15 yr player=$-$ range?
35-16 yr player=$-$ range?
35-17 yr player=$-$ range?

Same for 40-45-50 avg players of each age, and so on and so forth.

Would appreciate it!

If you wish to not disclose to the masses, you could always drop me a PM and help a lad out. Thanks!

That depends on the position the player plays

GK,RDF,CDF,LDF and CF are expensive compared to other positions.

Nas is right, this is difficult to answer as it depends on the

1. position,

2. Age

3. the current supply and demand (how is the market behaving - begin of season maybe many sellers so price is low, or maybe there are no good GK on market then suddenly one comes and he goes for much higher etc)

4. how much someone is prepared to pay, you just need one buyer out there willing to pay extra to fill a position he needs ASAP.

5. The most important factor: his forecast and progression, if this is hidden, then you go according to 1-4 above, otherwise this can totally improve or degrade your selling price. For example I would pay 2 mill+ for 17yr/38 GK with 80+ progression and forecast, but I would not even buy a 14yr/38 GK with a progression and forecast of 60 ( thats just me tho as I train GK so I only have space for the best).

You take risks buying players from auction unless they were dirt cheap, which rarely occurs these days. I usually follow a player for 5days b4 I sign him. 16/07/2011 12:34

I usually put them on auction and use 10% of their buyout clause for a starting prize. The rest I leave to the market. 16/07/2011 17:46
