 The player you loan gets trained if that is what you agreed with the other manager thats why you need to be 100% sure to what manager you are loaning your players. For example i need a RW and you have one that can be useful to me and you dont train him to much and is not in your starting line-up you loan him to me and i promise to train him x times a week with the training that you prefer so that player gets trained without being in your team.
