if i have a player whose forecast shows that he can achieve 65 in two years but his age is 18 and average is 30.At 19 everyone will be promoted right will he achieve the same average even if he is promoted or will it shrink... |

If you dont train him, he wont improve. The forecast will improve if you train him. The forecast wont shrink if you promote him. |
