What does the following means under the players status: Training +0.001 (with a green arrow up) +0.007 (with a green arrow up) -0.959 (with a red arrow down) Is this mean I am not training my players enough? |

Hey bud green arrow indicates that the player has improved in training while red indicates the player is losing some of his average in training that usually happens with old players (i.e above 27 usually) who have passed their peak.It's always good to have young players in your squad so that you can improve them through training.Regarding training to have an effective training program firstly you need to hire a good coach(above 80% at least) then you need to plan your training based on whom you need to train (e.g: if you want train your defenders go for Organize defense etc. like that ) Good luck with the season |
