Ok, So I add VIP seating prior to today's game. And then spend 25GB to optimize pricing. Now, if this operates as advertised, I will get the maximum revenue for a particular game. So after the game today, my financial manager sends me the following message: "We recorded ABSOLUTE FULL SUPPORT of our games. You should consider raising prices or expand the stadium." This implies that my prices weren't high enough. So which is correct? Were my prices set at maximum by optimization, or was the financial manager correct in saying I could have made more? |

i'd believe the optimizer. my fin manager tells me the same thing when i'm not at *absolute full support*. it usually pertains to 90+%. if you're optimized prices get you full attendance, well that just makes life easier. | 25/07/2011 09:13 |

I agree - optimizer works pretty well, never had trouble with it and always earn more when I use it. I try out guess it and write down the prices I would make it and I'm always wrong and the optimizer makes more money than I would have. |
