 Two random musings I have and thought I'd see what the SM world thinks.

1) What is the highest rated coach one has acquired?. No GB or $$ training, just a straight hire. I found a 91% scout and an 85% youth coach. I think those are pretty good. Well, at least I'm happy with them.

2) OM - is this position one of the hardest (or maybe slowest?) to train? Maybe besides CF/GK? I find the best OM training doesn't fit in much with other training such as Running, Organize Midfield, Ball Control, ie the generic most-bang-for-your-buck (does any other country use that phrase or is it just a Yanks phrase?) training. I'd rather have x2 CF than 1 CF and 1 OM. Just a thought but I've not much experience so I'd thought I'd see what others have to say.

 1) Straight hire I have found one 93% and a couple of 90%.
2) In-depth passing is ok if you have enough central midfielders, to mix it up with org mid. But yes OM are hard to train! 		29/07/2011 09:10

 i have 91% senior coach too but i cant get junior better than 79%
almoust 2 months in this game and cant get good youth coach... 		29/07/2011 10:04
