I SEE ON A LOT OF TEAMS THEY GOT PLAYERS AV VERY HIGH,WHAT IS THE SECRET? AND DONT TELL ME IS THE TRAIING BECAUSE I MAKE VERY HARD TRAININIG WITH MY PLAYERS MY COACH HAVE 5 BALLS,,,,, AND I HAVE A REQUEST FOR ALL MANAGERS WHO WANT TO HELP OTHERS MANGERS AND HAVE PLAYERS WHO DONT PLAY SO MUCH, I WISH TO LOAN PLAYERS,THEY WILL PLAY IF THEY COME TO F.C DEVILS ARAD THX TO ALL BY READINING THIS |

If you read though the page at the link above, paying particular attention to Progression and Forecast you will understand why some players train quicker than others, and why some reach higher averages than others.
