Promoting them too early means they lose morale and also their potential... wait until the "P" shows, it can either be yellow or red... but only promote them after it appears. | 02/08/2011 13:28 |

It even gives you a message saying when you promote the youth player too early that he's not ready and may damage his potential if you do that... But you still go ahead and do that and now asking what happened. | 03/08/2011 14:15 |
