Does your Junior player have a red or yellow (P) next to its name. If not then dont promote him. And please READ THE FAQ for god sake before asking questions and bother reading the other threads. This has come up god knows how many times. |

With temp promotions, if you can time it correctly so that a) they are playing on the winning side 2 games in a row. b)You are using a training program that works for their position in the senior side. You can get some serious gains from your juniors. Motivation of 210% As others have said though, don't proper promote them until they are ready.
