Please stop crowding this forum and actually go to FAQ http://uk.strikermanager.com/foros/hilo.php?id=254974 before asking those doubts... Literally they have been answered zillion of time already... I know this forum is not the place for this but the newbies don't seem to go to any other link other than this... Still read the below for short and easy answers to those doubts.. And please read FAQ .. And stop posting in CAPS.. And this is a long term game... So stop asking how to do something quick.. U not getting too much money or good players quick... Make your way forward like all the top managers did... Q.1 Junior with (R)? Ans He is resigned by the home team and can't be bought or sold before next season. Q.2 Promotion of junior? Ans Not before he has golden or red P after him. Q.3 How to get out of Private league? Ans You can't if it has started. Otherwise go to league page and u'll find it there. Q4 Staff not working? Ans They won't if u in red. Or its one of another glitches. Message admins about this. Q5 Increase players average? And get players below 25 years of age. Coach with more than 80% and use training with maximum green bar. Q6 Can one payback Credit before time? Ans Yes if you have money go to loan page and click amortise. Q7 Coaching Secretary and Scout didn't find any players? And They didn't find any with the criterias you selected. Lower your criterias and try again. Q8 What are Parteners? Ans They buy ticket for whole season and use the general stadium area. Q9 What are supporters? Ans Your teams's virtual supporters. MOre of them, more benefit for you. Q10 Which teams are getting promoted? Ans Go to Board and the green one are. Q11 Where your money go? And Weekly expenses and expense on doc, phisio and psycologist. Q12 What happens if I got Red money? Ans 2 continuous week with that and your team is reset. Q13 Do players stats like heigh have any effect? Ans NO. Q14 When to take out junior from school? And Whenever you have empty space for him. Q15 How to send promoted junior back? Ans U can't Q16 Any money received on promotion? Ans The money that u decided with your TV and normal sponsors. Q17 Someone Stole my Player? And Not stole. He bought your player by paying you money equal to release clause. Stop being a pig and pay your players more. Q18 What is System BOT? And Teams with no managers are managed by server which are know as System BOT. Q19 Why can't I expand Stadium? And Wait for last expansion to finish. Q20 Which are the best training for my player?
