hey guys, this is kind of emberassing, but i just accidently trained my junior coach, spending 14m on that... You might wanna ask: "accidently? how does that work?" Well I've been checking the prices for the courses, starting with masters degree, which costs 100 GB and the "cancel" button is on the LEFT side of the confirmation panel. Then i checked the "normal" course, saw the price and was like... way too expensive for 1 % and hit the LEFT button on the confirmation panel again... assuming that it was the "screw that" button, which turns out it isn't .... is there any way some admin could undo that? Cuz 14m is quite alot of $$ for me atm. Sorry to bother you guys, thanks in advance |

yeah, but if I message every single one of them, wouldn't they get kinda annoyed? I mean i used to be mod and admin in a forum of some kind of huge MMORPG like 4-5 years ago and i used to hate it when the kids came up to me and poke me like, hey dude, I got this problem bla bla.... and once i understood what they wanted from me (which could take quite some time since the quality of the written words was most likely very poor) i figured out someone else would already have closed that issue. Isn't the point of a forum partly to request help from SOME admin in general who then closes the topic as "resolved" or "wontfix" or sumthing like that, opposed to having every troubled user mail every single admin and mod in the game? I said to message them coz there is no way to reverse what u did in general... The admin are the only people who could give a refund of your money... And its perfectly alright to message them... They usually say whether they'll b able to help u or not.. | 24/08/2011 07:26 |
