I dont know what i am doing wrong but i cant figure out what settings to adjust to make my scout or my coaching secretary find any talent.I have tried all kinds of diffirent search options and they never come back with any players for me to look at.Both of them are rated at three and a half stars.I dont know what i am doing and it is frustrating the @#$% out of me.Can anybody please help? | 24/08/2011 23:18 |

What have you tried? What are you looking for. Are you using GB's? Tolu's answer doesn't really work unless you are looking for free youth players. Edited by grantis45 24-08-2011 23:37 |

Okay looking through all these responses, I have seen none that really answer the question. If you aren't coming up with any players, widen your search. The % of the coach doesn't affect the player quality that they find all that much, just how fast they find it. Don't fill every parameter, you won't find many people that way. Usually when I am searching for players I only fill the average, position, and age. That's usually what defines the players you want |
