As noted in the help section, each player gets his motivation set based upon where he was on the roster when each game starts and what the outcome of the game was. If your player is a starter and you win, you will see a motivation over 100%. Looking over some of your current players, i see that some are at 106%, and some are at 86%. There may be other % values for players that were not scheduled on the bench for your last win, but i did not scan your entire team to see. I think the short answer for you is this: For the players you want to have a 100+ motivation, make sure they are scheduled to start the game on the field, and you win. |

You can increase his motivation to 100% if u play hin in his position and u get extra 5% for every match won | 06/09/2011 15:26 |
