That's becos u ve trained them 4dat position som days ago,u ve 2train in every pat of d training funtion. On like senior players where u can train a particular players for 2 or 3weeks,even as long a s u can. Just try it and get back 2me. | 03/09/2011 23:23 |

Youth players can only be trained one particular training twice per week, you need to use other training programs as well. | 03/09/2011 23:53 |
