I tend to take screen shots of every part of the process, filled in pages with my mouse cursor hovering over the "Accept" button. Also take a screenshot of the reply email. Some of them try to send you sign up emails from a different address. Basically Prtscrn, copy and paste into MSpaint and save them as a png file(so they are small). One of the sponsorpay ones (planet49) was basically not giving the balls, and sending confirmation emails from a different email host. I took the pictures and reported the problem.
