Seriously, if you buy a player, at auction, who's been on the market 3 days...it is highly unlikely you will get sanctioned for that. That would be plain ridiculous. If a regular auction were to be sanctioned, i'd have to seriously consider my future, as no purchase would be safe, and one of the attractions of this game would be stripped of all fun...to be replaced with anxiety...I'm not for that. Direct buys, on the other hand, are quite different. No telling if it is a mistake or collusion...but if you purchase an oddly priced direct buy from someone, and you don't regularly scan market for these types of things...then it is irregular. I'm not admin, and I have no say in this type of thing, but finding a value via direct buy because someone set it too low isn't the same thing as colluding... if you bomb a direct buy, I would expect you to provide support that collusion was involved. |

Getting sanctioned from the looks of things  I'll be avoiding direct buys from now on. It was my first and last. Asking for clarification, doesn't give clarification. For the record I saw a RIM av 41 for 700k on direct. Bought him then looked at the team and saw the whole team on direct. Decided to ask for the rules before I went too mad. Then, if you look that your team is retained, it only means that @s are studing your transfers. Your account wont be removed, and its not the end of the world!! And about direct purchases, these are treated like normal transfer. So if you buy a player too cheap you will be sanctioned with few millons.
